C4i Systems are designed to be quick and efficient way for dispatchers to dispatch a responder to be on the scene with a handful of details. This will help to lower the response time and get the responder ready with all the essential information provided by the C4i systems.
In this project, I was responsible to create the user journey, UX research, and UI design to create a simplified version of the systems and added essential information to the architecture.
